La chiesa fu ricostruita sulle rovine di quella distrutta dal terremoto del 1600. La facciata, del 1760, è incompleta, molto austera ma elegante, presenta sul portone un mosaico rappresentante San Sebastiano. L’interno presenta una navata slanciata e armonica, la volta presenta affreschi di discreta fattura e decori con i simboli dei Cavalieri di Malta. Nel presbiterio, possiamo ammirare affreschi rappresentati scene bibliche. Vi sono cinque altari in pietra e legno, il maggiore conserva nella nicchia la statua di San Sebastiano, i laterali dedicati a Maria Immacolata, Gesù crocifisso, alle anime sante del purgatorio e a San Francesco di Paola.
The church was rebuilt on the ruins of the one destroyed by the earthquake of 1600. The facade, dated 1760, is incomplete, very austere but elegant, and it has a mosaic on the door representing San Sebastiano. The interior has a slender and harmonious nave, the vault has frescoes of discreet workmanship and decorations with the symbols of the Knights of Malta. In the presbytery, we can admire frescoes represented biblical scenes. There are five altars in stone and wood, the largest keeps in the niche the statue of San Sebastiano, the side dedicated to Mary Immaculate, Jesus crucified, the holy souls of purgatory and Saint Francis of Paola.
