Sede del Municipio durante l’epoca fascista, in seguito venne acquistato dalla famiglia Miceli come residenza privata. Nei primi anni novanta acquistato dal Comune di Cassaro. Importanti lavori di restauro, ultimati nel 2023, hanno riportato il palazzo all’originale bellezza
